We're homeowners first.
Abodio was born out of a very personal frustration: the relentless, low-grade admin tax that comes with owning a home. We knew the data was out there — we just couldn't get to it when we needed it.

Matthew is an experienced facilities management expert who worked at a leading hotel brand before starting his own business serving homeowners with maintenance and repair services. He brings a strong focus on customer care, smart systems, and customer-first thinking to Abodio.
Together, Wouter and Matthew combine white-glove service and hands-on field expertise to make home ownership smoother, smarter, and less stressful. They believe the best products come from people who use them every day.
